For three days, guests move through a curated sequence of culinary events, beginning with an intimate opening night, continuing through the defining Grand Tasting, and concluding with a refined Sunday brunch experience.

Each day is intentionally limited, designed to build on the last and create a continuous weekend of access, cuisine, and atmosphere.

Friday
An intimate opening evening with Daniel Boulud, beginning with a reception featuring caviar and champagne, followed by a seated six-course dinner paired with exceptional wines.

Saturday
The Signature Grand Tasting, featuring 24 chef-curated courses from Daniel Boulud and a curated roster of California’s most acclaimed chefs, along with live culinary presentations, exceptional wines, caviar service, and live music throughout the afternoon and evening.

Sunday
A closing brunch experience where chefs prepare each course in real time, paired with exceptional wines in a more relaxed, final gathering of the weekend.​

The centerpiece of NOBLE Wine & Dine. The Saturday Grand Tasting is a VIP experience. No general admission tickets are offered.

The Signature Grand Tasting is a highly limited experience where cuisine, wine, and atmosphere converge at the highest level.
​
Hosted at The Resort at Pelican Hill, the afternoon and evening are reserved for a select number of guests.
The Experience
​
Led by Daniel Boulud, NOBLEMAN Chef of the Year and one of the most decorated chefs in the world, the Grand Tasting offers the opportunity to meet him in person while experiencing his cuisine alongside a curated group of 12 of California’s most respected chefs, many recognized by the Michelin Guide, each creating dishes exclusively for the event.
Guests move through 24 chef-driven courses, paired with exceptional wines, caviar service, craft cocktails, and premium spirits, all set to live music. The experience flows naturally, allowing guests to explore at their own pace.
Everything unfolds in one setting, with a level of detail and execution that speaks for itself.

The Experience Continues
​
At 7pm, the Grand Tasting concludes and guests are invited inside the resort’s Great Room, where live music and a more energetic atmosphere carry the evening forward.

A limited number of tickets are released each year. Once allocation is reached, access closes.

The Grand Tasting serves as the defining moment of a three-day culinary weekend, which also includes an intimate Friday opening dinner and a closing Sunday brunch experience.
​
While Saturday stands on its own as a complete experience, many guests choose to extend into the full weekend for a more complete expression of the program.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your ticket purchase and attendance agreement for NOBLE Wine & Dine.
By attending, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Admission
NOBLE Wine & Dine is a 21+ experience. No guests under the age of 21 will be admitted, including infants. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and will be checked at the door.
NOBLE Wine & Dine reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, without refund.

Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Limited exchanges or name changes may be accommodated prior to June 15 by contacting tiffany@noblemanmagazine.com.

Tickets are transferable to another guest with prior written approval.
​
Experience Inclusions
Your ticket includes access to all food and beverage tastings featured within your selected experience. No additional tasting fees are required.
Food and beverage offerings are available while supplies last and are subject to availability from participating chefs, wineries, and partners.

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. NOBLE Wine & Dine, its partners, venues, and affiliates assume no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance.

Media Release
By attending NOBLE Wine & Dine, guests acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. All such media may be used by NOBLE Wine & Dine and its affiliates for editorial, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Attire
Cocktail attire is requested.
​
Force Majeure
In the event that NOBLE Wine & Dine is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen conditions, no refunds will be issued.

The event will take place rain or shine.
