The Signature Grand Tasting is a highly limited experience where cuisine, wine, and atmosphere converge at the highest level.

Hosted at The Resort at Pelican Hill, the afternoon and evening are reserved for a select number of guests.
 
The Experience
Led by Daniel Boulud, NOBLEMAN Chef of the Year and one of the most decorated chefs in the world, the Grand Tasting offers the opportunity to meet him in person while experiencing his cuisine alongside a curated group of 12 of California’s most respected chefs, many recognized by the Michelin Guide, each creating dishes exclusively for the event.
 
Guests move through 24 chef-driven courses, paired with exceptional wines, caviar service, craft cocktails, and premium spirits, all set to live music. The experience flows naturally, allowing guests to explore at their own pace.
 
Everything unfolds in one setting, with a level of detail and execution that speaks for itself.
 
The Experience Continues
At 7pm, the Grand Tasting concludes and guests are invited inside the resort’s Great Room, where live music and a more energetic atmosphere carry the evening forward.
