From the kick-off VIP dinner and rare tastings to vintage cars, golf, daily caviar, fashion, craft cocktails, and an unforgettable chef-driven Grand Tasting, every moment is designed with intention.


FRIDAY
VIP Opening Night
The weekend begins with an exclusive VIP evening at Pelican Hill, starting with afternoon test drives of the all-new Cadillac Celestiq. At 5 PM, guests gather on the terrace for sunset cocktails overlooking the Pacific, with wine, craft cocktails, champagne, caviar and the rare opportunity to mingle with Chef Daniel Boulud, NOBLEMAN’s Chef of the Year.
The evening continues indoors with an intimate, seated six-course dinner with Daniel Boulud, created in collaboration with Chef Boulud and a select group of guest chefs. Each course celebrates his extraordinary culinary legacy through a one-night-only menu paired with exceptional wines by Frank Family Vineyards. The night concludes with a special rare whiskey toast, a fitting close to the opening evening of the weekend.

SATURDAY MORNING
Cars, Coffee & Golf
Saturday begins at Pelican Hill Golf Club with an interactive golf experience accompanied by a vintage and exotic car showcase, mimosas, light bites, and a signature Bloody Mary.
Golfers of all ages can enjoy a mobile golf simulator and mini putting green while sipping classic morning refreshments and savoring fresh summer bites while strolling among ultra-premium cars.

SATURDAY
VIP Grand Tasting & Afterparty
Saturday is the signature experience of the weekend, a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration led by Chef Daniel Boulud and featuring a curated lineup of California’s top chefs, from San Diego to Napa. Guests will experience Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized talent, signature dishes from NOBU Newport Beach, and 40 chef-curated courses, with each chef presenting two signature dishes created for this event.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will enjoy tastings from a select group of exceptional wineries, rare spirits, elevated craft cocktails, caviar service, luxury activations, live entertainment, performers, and a few surprises designed to make the day feel unlike anything else in California.
As the Grand Tasting concludes, the energy continues inside Pelican Hill with cocktails, dancing, music, and an exclusive afterparty atmosphere. It is the centerpiece of the weekend, and one of the most anticipated food and wine experiences of the year.

SUNDAY
Ultimate Sunday Brunch
Sunday closes the weekend with an extraordinary outdoor brunch experience at Pelican Hill, bringing together 12 acclaimed chefs for a relaxed yet highly elevated afternoon of food, wine, cocktails, and conversation.
Set against one of the most beautiful coastal backdrops in California, guests will enjoy chef-driven brunch dishes, wine pairings from 10 select wineries, signature craft cocktails, caviar, and the opportunity to meet and mingle with the chefs throughout the afternoon.
Designed to be both refined and relaxed, the Ultimate Brunch gives guests time to sit, savor, connect, and enjoy the final day of the weekend in true Pelican Hill style. It is brunch, elevated far beyond the ordinary.
