The Experience

For three days, guests move through a curated sequence of culinary events, beginning with an intimate opening night, continuing through the defining Grand Tasting, and concluding with a refined Sunday brunch experience.​

 

Each day is intentionally limited, designed to build on the last and create a continuous weekend of access, cuisine, and atmosphere.

Friday
An intimate opening evening with Daniel Boulud, beginning with a reception featuring caviar and champagne, followed by a seated six-course dinner paired with exceptional wines.

Saturday
The Signature Grand Tasting, featuring 24 chef-curated courses from Daniel Boulud and a curated roster of California’s most acclaimed chefs, along with live culinary presentations, exceptional wines, caviar service, and live music throughout the afternoon and evening.

Sunday
A closing brunch experience where chefs prepare each course in real time, paired with exceptional wines in a more relaxed, final gathering of the weekend.
