An Unforgettable Weekend at Pelican Hill

NOBLE Wine & Dine 2026 returned to The Resort at Pelican Hill for an unforgettable three-day celebration of food, wine, hospitality, and style. From an intimate opening dinner with Daniel Boulud to Saturday’s signature Grand Tasting and a lively Sunday brunch, the weekend brought together extraordinary chefs, world-class wines, luxury partners, and an incredible guest list for one of California’s most elevated culinary experiences.

Day One: VIP OPENING DINNER WITH DANIEL BOULUD

The weekend began with an elegant evening featuring a Louis XIII toast, a fashion presentation by Eleventy, and an extremely rare Scotch tasting by Gordon & MacPhail. The night continued with a six-course dinner featuring Daniel Boulud alongside five exceptional guest chefs, with each course paired by Frank Family Vineyards. Intimate, refined, and full of standout moments, it was the perfect opening to the weekend.

Day Two: GRAND TASTING

Saturday brought the main event: the NOBLE Wine & Dine Grand Tasting. Guests experienced dishes from 20 exceptional chefs, premier wineries, craft cocktails, caviar, luxury activations, live music, and an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and electric.
